We are an architectural design practice specialising in obtaining Planning Permission and/or Building Warrant Approval from local Councils for homeowners who want to extend or alter their homes. We can also carry out project supervison for Bank or Building Society funding and compliance certification for Building Standards Completion Certificates.

Covering mainland Scotland, our aim is to simplify the approvals process by providing a reliable, low cost, fixed fee service, all with the minimum amount of delay or fuss!

All design work is carried out by one of our dedicated team of Building Consultants, who are qualified and experienced, and hold professional memberships of recognised leading institutions within the construction industry such as the Chartered Institute of Building, Association of Building Engineers, Association for Project Safety, etc. In addition they have many years of practical experience in the industry having worked in professions such as Local Government Building Control/Standards, Architectural Technologists, Building Engineers, Etc.
